Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for loss due to negligence.

Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the system for fraudulent or unauthorized events.
• Upload harmful or disruptive content.
• Violate any government or institutional guidelines applicable to the venue.

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received. The Parishad reserves the right to cancel bookings in special circumstances, with refunds as applicable.

No refund will be provided once the payment for Dak Bungalow booking is completed. However, the authority reserves the right to cancel any booking under unforeseen or special circumstances.

The authority reserves the right to claim compensation for property damage, excess cleaning, or extended use without approval. The Zila Parishad, Kishoreganj retains the authority to take necessary measures in accordance with applicable regulations to recover such compensation.

Users must comply with posted rules and official instructions. Activities that disturb public peace, damage facilities, or violate laws are strictly prohibited. Smoking, drinking, or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government shutdowns, emergencies). Affected users will be eligible for full rescheduling or refund options.

We collect limited personal and booking information solely to provide service. Data is securely stored and not shared except as required by law.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or block user accounts for violations.
• Deny bookings to users misusing services or providing false information.

In case of disputes:

• Contact support via email or phone first.
• If unresolved, formal complaints may be submitted to the Zila Parishad office.
• Jurisdiction: Kishoreganj, Bangladesh.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of changes. Please check this page regularly.
